A foil sticker on the bottom of this statue says “Happiness”.

But to me it is “A Prayer for Freedom.” There are times when the past is black and the future menacing.  When you look up and pray for freedom – not a prayer for the freedom to escape, but for the freedom to choose to stay in the fight for one more minute. In doing so, you throw back the clinging shadows, and blinking, find you stand in light.
